God diverse ways to man.

Malachi 3:6 For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed. In our walk with God and seeking Him, we get certain experiences which may be totally different from others' and in some cases validate experiences of others. There are many pastors, men of God and people in the ministry who have  deviced a specific and fixed way of encountering God and make it look as if, it will not happen in another way, that if it does not happen in the way they experienced it, perhaps it is not of God. They teach people based on the various experiences they have had with God and present it like a method, system, and pattern to pathway to experience God; while neglecting preaching the pure word of God to the people of the church and leaving them to experience God based on His word in diverse and specific manners.
