The Spirit of God is saying that we can grow and mature to a place in God in Christ Jesus where we can have revelation and a full spiritual knowledge and understanding of why God us the gift of life. Jesus Christ came into this world and 'Jesus said, "my kingdom is not of this world (John 18:36), and he often time go around from one city and village to another preaching the kingdom of God (Luke 8:1) and He went demonstrating the kingdom of God and the glory thereof with great signs and miracles, Jesus Christ also profess that  “I assure you and most solemnly say to you, unless a person is born again [reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, sanctified], he cannot [ever] see and experience the kingdom of God.” (John 3:3).
