Who is this Angel Of the Lord?

Who is this ANGEL OF THE LORD!? He appeared to different people in the old testament at various time. I'm inspired to give to you by way of doctrine of the Holy Spirit who the Angel of the Lord is.
Who is this Angel of the Lord? He appeared to people and spoke as God himself
Genesis 16:7–14 . The angel of the Lord appears to Hagar. The angel speaks as God in the first person, and in verse 13 Hagar identifies "the LORD that spake unto her" as "Thou God seest me".
Genesis 22:11–15 . The angel of the Lord appears to Abraham and refers to God in the first person.
Exodus 3:2–4 . The angel of the Lord appears to
Moses in a flame in verse 2, and God speaks to Moses from the flame in verse 4.
Judges 2: 1.  The Angel of the Lord appeared to the children of Israel and spoke to them as God, not a messenger of God: saying: I made you to go up out of Egypt, and have brought you unto the land which I sware unto your fathers; and I said, I will never break my covenant with you.
Judges 6:11–23 . An angel of the Lord appears to Gideon , and in verse 22 Gideon fears for his life because he has seen an angel of the Lord face to face.
Judges 13:3–22 . The angel of the Lord appears to Manoah and his wife and, in verse 17-18, Manoah asked for the name of this Angel of the Lord, and the Angel of the Lord said to Manoah in verse 18, that 'It is a secret" ; In verse 22, Manoah said to his wife after the Angel disappeared "We shall surely die, because we have seen God.
And the Holy Spirit inspired, the Angel of the Lord is God almighty appearing and manifesting himself to the people of old in flesh bringing his will and message to people...
John 4: 24. God is a Spirit:.... And in Genesis 1 He said "Let us create man in out image" The Angel of the Lord is God almighty taking the image of man to appear and make himself known and to bring his word to people...
When the Angel of the Lord appeared to men of old, he spoke as God himself not as a messenger bringing the word of God....
