Apostle James was inspired and write to us by the Spirit saying: Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. {James 2:17} I have established by the word of God in my previous writing, that faith is the revelation of God to man, and the revelation comes by hearing the word of God; and by it the elders of old obtained a good report by God (Hebrews 11:2). If you are afraid to act it that means your faith has not taken a hold of it. You show your faith by your works to God and man. Proverbs 24:3-4 Amplified Bible (AMP) Through [skillful and godly] wisdom a house [a life, a home, a family] is built, And by understanding it is established [on a sound and good foundation], And by knowledge its rooms are filled With all precious and pleasant riches. Wherever you see the word 'House" used in a figurative sense in any place in the Bible, the Greek or Hebrew was translated to be {a life,  a home or family}. The above scripture is instructing us that by Godly wisdom A life, A home, A family is built; by understanding of God it is established on a good foundation, and foundation is the core of everything that is built, if the foundation is weak, what you build is bound to fall someday;  and by knowledge of God we fill every area of what we have built with all precious and pleasant riches substance to make it all beautiful to behold.
