Discourse on who Jesus Christ is.
Pastor Benny Hinn said 'JESUS IS FAITH" and I begin to meditate and ponder on this and the Holy Spirit inspired in this manner.
Yea saith the Spirit of God, Jesus is faith.
We know that Jesus Christ was made in the person of a man and revealed to us. He was carried in the womb nine month by a virgin mother, Mary, fathered by the person of the Holy Spirit. At age thirty when his ministry began, he chose a disciple of twelve and many will come across the sea to listen to him; the Pharisees and Jews approach him to know who he is yet could not grasp his person, his disciple often struggle to know who he is; though he walked with them, lived among them, talked to them yet they could not tell and at times wondered what manner of man is he?
He wrought signs, wonder and miracles among the people, healed the sick and those oppressed of demons; demons will yell at him we know who you are.
He also said that 'No man can come to him, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day (John 6:44)
He was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53;5) He was despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not (Isaiah 53:3)
He told his disciples to 'Have faith in God (Mark 11;22); he does emphasized that he does all by faith in his father in heaven; he never owe all the great and good works that he did to himself; but said he can do nothing by his own self but that whatever he sees the father do and whatsoever thing that the father do are the things that he do (John 5:19)
Knowing that no one knows him, One day he asked his disciples, `saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am? (Matthew 16:13)
They started at guess work, saying he was one of the reincarnated prophets of old.
But he wanted a concise and accurate answer, He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? -Matthew 16:15)
But Simon Peter and unlearned and ignorant fisherman Matthew:16.16, answered and said, You are the Christ, the Son of the living God. - Matthew 16:16)
Then Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed are you, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood has not revealed it to you, but my Father which is in heaven. - Matthew 16:27); see the father, person of the Holy spirit revealed who Jesus Christ is to Simon Peter.
The Holy Spirit speaks on this wise `Jesus Christ is faith and has to be revealed to you by the father in heaven.
Faith then is the revelation of God to man.
